On-site policies
- Mining fees are due before mining activity commences. Payment can be made in cash, with PayPal, or with Venmo.
- For purposes of pricing, anyone 15 years of age or younger is considered a child. (16 years of age and older pay full adult price.)
- All visitors 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Anyone in the mining area must wear closed-toe safety footwear (shoes or boots), a hard hat, and safety glasses.
- All visitors must sign a liability waiver before entering the mine area/children's dig site. All children must have a liability waiver signed on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian.
- All mining activities must be fully supervised, conducted in the presence of Dirty Diamond Diggers staff. All visitors must follow instructions provided by Dirty Diamond Diggers staff.
- Consumption of alcohol and the use of illicit drugs are strictly prohibited on site.
